Terms

What you may do with this, and what we are responsible for.

Plain terms for software you run on your own machines. The parts worth reading are the ones about what we do not operate and what that means when a call fails.

The account

An organisation holds the account, and its owners decide who is in it

Access is by organisation. An owner or admin may add and remove people, and every API call is scoped to the organisation that made it.

What you operate

The media plane is yours, and so is its uptime

You rent the machine, you hold its keys, and you decide when it is patched or moved. We are not able to restore a region we cannot reach, and no clause here pretends otherwise. What we document is measured rather than estimated so the work is known before it is chosen.

Your material

What is said on your calls is yours

Transcripts, recordings and enrolled likenesses belong to you and to the people they are of. You are responsible for holding the consent for anyone whose face or voice you enrol, which this product records rather than assumes.

Models

The models you route to are between you and them

Where you supply your own provider credentials, prompts and audio go to that provider under your account and their terms. We record which model answered, against the call it answered on.

Ending it

You may stop at any time, and material changes are announced before they apply

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Building Humanity Up, [email protected].
